pokpk Terms and Conditions

1 Definitions and Applicability

The meanings of certain key terms used in this document are defined below and will be used in this sense throughout the entire agreement:

1.1 "Platform"

Refers to pokpk's website (https://pokpk.cam), all its subdomains, mobile versions, and all gaming and betting services operated through it.

1.2 "User" or "You"

Any individual registered on the platform who has created an active account and is using pokpk's services.

1.3 "We" or "pokpk"

1.4 Applicability

You are responsible for all activity on your account, whether authorized or unauthorized. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the pokpk support team immediately.

2.4 Account Transfer Prohibited

Your pokpk account is strictly personal. Selling, transferring, or allowing another person to use it, even temporarily, is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Verification and Adulthood

By registering on pokpk, you declare that you are at least 21 years of age and are legally eligible to participate in online gaming services.

3.1 Age Verification Process

pokpk reserves the right to verify age at any time through identity documents (national ID card or passport). Financial transactions on the account may be restricted until verification is completed.

3.2 Consequences of False Age Declaration

If an account is created with a false age declaration, that account will be cancelled. All funds and bonuses in the account will be forfeited and legal action may be taken depending on the circumstances.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions on pokpk are completed through secure and encrypted methods. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method)

4.2 Withdrawal Limits and Timeframe

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit

4.3 Identity Verification

Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal. This process involves matching your name against your national ID card and payment method. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not completed.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

pokpk is committed to preventing money laundering and fraud. If suspicious transactions are identified, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended and the relevant authorities will be notified where necessary.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

pokpk provides various promotional offers and bonuses. These bonuses are subject to specific terms and the following rules must be followed:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

pokpk offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳22,000 earns a maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times. This means you must place bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a set expiry date; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires
• Bonuses can only be used on your own account — they cannot be transferred to others
• Winnings earned using bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met
• Attempting to meet bonus requirements through multiple bonus accounts or artificial means is strictly prohibited

5.4 pokpk's Rights

pokpk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer without prior notice. If clear evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when playing games on the pokpk platform:

6.1 Commitment to Fair Play

pokpk believes in fair play. The outcome of all games is determined impartially through verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No user or third party can influence game results in any way.

6.2 Game Results Are Final

Once a game is completed, the result is final and cannot be changed. If a game is not completed due to a technical error, pokpk follows a policy of refunding the bet amount.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits. Betting limits are displayed in the game interface and pokpk reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.4 Technical Issues

pokpk will not be held responsible if a game is interrupted mid-session due to internet disconnection or device issues. In such situations, the server-side game data will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pokpk platform and strict action will be taken for any violation of these prohibitions:

• Playing games or placing bets using any software, bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or make unauthorized changes to the game system or software
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering or using funds obtained from illegal sources
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses or advantages
• Using another person's identity or payment information
• Deceiving third parties by misusing the pokpk platform name or brand
• Attempting to introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code into the system

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 pokpk's Rights

pokpk reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Evidence of bonus abuse
• Failure to cooperate with security verification
• Extended period of inactivity on the account

8.2 Account Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. In this case, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance in your account. Self-exclusion requests related to responsible gaming can be made through the support team.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for an extended period (more than 12 months), the account may be marked as inactive. In this case, pokpk reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or close the account.

Even in the rare circumstance where pokpk's liability is acknowledged, the amount of that liability will not exceed the user's account balance at the time of the relevant incident.
